It is soft and comfortable for my baby. It doesn't cause too much stress on the shoulders or on the baby. Fully satisfied

we have recieved it after 3 days of ordering, few things I want to highlight:- 1. no manual instructions given with the carrier , it's just in wrap up in polythene and delivered. 2. fabrics is good material is good, and for safety purpose it's very good. 3.for 4 month old baby it's big baby head cannot be come outside. 4.price can be better
