Your baby is growing up fast and needs more and more nutrients. Here’s a plan that will give your little one a balanced diet.
Baby Diet Plan - Month 13 - Week 3 – Day 1
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Rajgira (amaranth) puff milkshake with chopped anjeer(fig)
Mid-Morning: Grilled sweet potato cubes with hummus
Lunch: Roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of cucumber
Evening: Mosambi(sweet lime) segments
Dinner: French beans and aloo sabzi with parantha
Baby Diet Plan - Month 13 - Week 3 – Day 2
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast: Palak (spinach) -puri bhaji + lassi
Mid-Morning: Fruit yoghurt
Lunch: Jowar (sorghum)-wheat roti + chole palak + a few cherry tomatoes
Evening: Boiled sweet potato
Dinner: Vegetable- masoor dal( red lentil) pulao with coconut curry
Baby Diet Plan - Month 13 - Week 3 – Day 3
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast: Sabudana (sago) kheer
Mid-Morning: Mix stewed fruit chaat
Lunch: Jowar (sorghum)-wheat roti + dal palak + a few cherry tomatoes
Evening: Moong dal (green gram split) ladoo
Dinner: Baked pumpkin soup with grilled cheese sandwich
Baby Diet Plan - Month 13 - Week 3 – Day 4
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast: Sabudana (sago) kheer
Mid-Morning: Wheat- banana sheera
Lunch: Jowar (sorghum)-wheat roti + chole palak + a few cherry tomatoes
Evening: Mixed-Veg Soup
Dinner: Bajra (pearl millet) roti with turai (snake gourd)- moong dal sabzi
Baby Diet Plan - Month 13 - Week 3 – Day 5
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast: Doodh poha with chopped apple
Mid-Morning: Fruit custard
Lunch: Aloo (potato) paratha with homemade butter + lassi
Evening: Boiled potato chaat with butter
Dinner: Vegetable soup + fried rice + a few slices of carrots
Baby Diet Plan - Month 13 - Week 3 – Day 6
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast: Jowar (sorghum) puff kheer
Mid-Morning: Cheese sandwich with date and tomato chutney
Lunch: Roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of cucumber
Evening: Sliced banana
Dinner: Multigrain roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of boiled beetroot+ handpounded rice

Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed

Mid-Morning: Fruit yoghurt

Evening: Boiled sweet potato
