Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 1
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Jowar(sorghum) puff porridge
Mid-Morning: Fruit custard
Lunch: Multigrain roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of cucumber
Evening: Sev murmura
Dinner: Curd rice with grated cucumber
Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 2
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Multigrain chilla + milk
Mid-Morning: 1 apple
Lunch: Jeera(cumin) rice with dal fry
Evening: Chopped and de-skinned peach/ chopped apple
Dinner: Bajra(pearl millet)-wheat roti with dal methi
Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 3
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Wheat sheera
Mid-Morning: 1 small bowl Murmura
Lunch: Mooli(radish) paratha with homemade butter and lassi
Evening: Cubed chikoo(sapota)
Dinner: Paneer(cottage cheese) or egg bhurji with roti and vegetable soup
Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 4
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Vegetable upma + milk
Mid-Morning: Any fresh fruit juice
Lunch: Roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of carrot
Evening: Palak(spinach) puri
Dinner: Non-spicy pav bhaji with moong dal(yellow split gram) soup
Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 5
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Oats porridge
Mid-Morning: 1 katori roasted makhana
Lunch: Multigrain roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of cucumber
Evening: Grated apple
Dinner: Besan(gram flour)-jowar(sorghum)-coriander chilla made with curd
Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 6
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Dalia(broken wheat)
Mid-Morning: 1 banana
Lunch: Roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of boiled beetroot
Evening: Cucumber raita
Dinner: Rajma(kidney beans) chawal with tomato soup
Baby Diet Plan - Month 14 - Week 2– Day 7
Early Morning: Mother’s Milk/Formula Feed
Breakfast : Ragi(finger millet) dumplings + kesar(saffron)-elachi(cardamom) milk
Mid-Morning: 1 sliced cucumber
Lunch: Multigrain roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of cucumber
Evening: Popcorn
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta in homemade tomato puree
