Hair fall can be caused due to numerous reasons including stress, scalp infections, health-related issues, and many other things. People can lose up to 50 to 100 hair strands daily and more when they are experiencing hair fall. The fallen hair is usually replaced with new hair growth. However, when the new hair doesn't replace the fallen hair, hair loss occurs.
Here are the most common causes of hair fall in men and women:
The most common cause of hair fall is a hereditary condition called androgenic alopecia which usually happens with ageing. This male-pattern baldness and female-pattern baldness usually cause a receding hairline and bald spots in men and a scanty crown on the women's scalp.
Hormonal changes that take place during pregnancy, after childbirth, menopause and thyroid problems can cause permanent or temporary hair loss. Besides certain medical conditions that cause an imbalance in the hormones may also result in hair fall.
People can also notice hair fall after they have endured or are recovering from a long illness. Certain drugs or medications used to treat diseases like cancer, depression, arthritis, gout, high blood pressure and heart problems can also lead to hair fall.
Some people after experiencing an extremely stressful event or being in stress for a prolonged period of time can notice hair fall. Usually, this type of hair fall is temporary and hair regains its original volume after the person has recovered from the stressful episode.
Excessive hairstyling or chemical treatments can also sometimes cause hair fall known as traction alopecia.
While there are several medical treatments available for controlling hair fall, it can be cured with ease right at your home in a lot of natural ways. To help you out, we have listed some natural ways to help you deal with hair fall.

Here are some of the easiest and most-effective ways to control hair fall naturally:
Curd consists of protein, which is helpful in the growth of hair and makes them stronger from the roots. It is also helpful in nourishing your hair and makes them soft. Curd application also reduces dandruff and dryness from the scalp, which are the major causes of hair fall for most people.
An anti-hair fall shampoo helps in reducing hair fall and makes your hair healthier and stronger. Use a shampoo that consists of natural ingredients and is free from mineral oil, parabens, SLS, SLES, and is safe to use. Mylo Care Onion Hair Fall Control Shampoo consists of onion extracts which make your hair longer and enriches them with essential nutrients that make them healthy and strong.
The shampoo consists of various natural ingredients including aloe vera, argan oil, rosemary, plant keratin, and bhringraj as well. All these ingredients make your hair shiny, smooth, strong and healthy.
3. Oiling is important
Oiling your hair enhances the blood circulation of your scalp and ensures the healthy growth of hair. Not only does it hydrate your hair, but it also reduces dandruff and the dryness of your scalp. So, it is very important that you oil your hair regularly to make them stronger. Choose an oil that has natural ingredients such as Mylo Ayurvedic Hairfall Treatment Oil - Neelibringadi Thailam, which is enriched with the goodness of indigo, bhringraj, amla and balloon vine. This oil is prepared using a blend of 12 natural Ayurvedic ingredients for controlling hair fall, preventing premature greying, and stimulating hair growth.
Hair fall is usually most prominent after hair wash as the hair is more prone to breakage when wet. Using a hair serum on damp hair before detangling or combing dry hair can help reduce breakage. A hair serum made of natural ingredients such as the Mylo Care Onion Hair Serum makes the hair soft, smooth, shiny, & frizz-free. Made with the natural oils of Onion, Avocado, Argan and Coconut, it eases detangling & promotes healthy hair growth.
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and enhances the blood circulation of the scalp. It is also helpful in reducing dryness and dandruff. Take a green tea bag and dip it in hot water. When the tea cools down, pour it down the length of your hair, and massage it on your scalp. There is no need to wash it off. You can let it stay in your hair. Green tea works like a leave-in conditioner.
These are some of the best ways in which you can reduce hair fall quickly. All these methods contain natural ingredients and will make your hair naturally strong and control hair fall.
