The next step is to apply a little bit of heated olive oil to the entire body.
Next, the DIY body polish needs to be massaged onto the skin for about 10 minutes with the loofah.
The pumice stone can be used to gently scrub the harder skin parts like the knees, ankles, and elbows.
Finally, the body polish can be rinsed off with a warm bath but without soap to retain the nutrients.
The skin on the body often gets neglected because it is constantly exposed and does not show signs of wear and tear as easily as the facial skin does.
