To prepare this dish,
Hanging curd in a large bowl has to be seasoned with salt and all the spices.
Oil has to be added along with the ginger-garlic paste.
Chopped vegetables and paneer cubes should then be added to the curd mixture.
This should be marinated for at least an hour.
Putting the paneer and veggie cubes on skewers or toothpicks, they have to be alternately threaded.
They should be cooked through after 3 to 4 minutes of shallow frying.
Lemon juice and chat masala can be added after finishing.
The final product can be consumed either plain or with pudina chutney.
To make this dish,
The spinach leaves should be blanched and blended into a smooth paste.
Some clarified butter then needs to be heated in a pan to cook the onions until they are golden brown.
After that, some ginger-garlic paste needs to be added.
Tomatoes should be added and well-mixed.
Salt and other spices should be added after 6 to 8 minutes.
Once cooked, the spinach paste has to be added and cooked for five minutes on a medium flame with the lid closed.
Once done, some cream can be added.
