HOW TO USE PREGNANCY MASSAGE OIL?
Massage with pregnancy massage oil for 10-15 mins on the affected area (legs, back, neck etc.). Leave it on for 30 mins and wash it off with a mild cleanser.

- Can be used throughout pregnancy. Usage can be started one week after normal delivery and two weeks after c-section.
HOW TO USE COCONUT OIL?
Take a lavish quantity of the coconut oil. Apply as and when required. Massage on the skin/scalp in circular motion.
