Babies are so adorable but they can be just as messy. Be it spit-ups, accidental spills or dirty diapers, there's always a mess to clean. Be a hands-on mom and keep baby wipes nearby to keep your baby and house clean. Try Mylo Baby Wipes which are:

Your Health & Lifestyle in Week 14
  • If you're the parent who spends most time with your baby, it may be second nature to step in whenever she starts crying.
  • But let your partner have the chance to comfort your baby, too.
  • This will give you a break, build your partner's confidence, and help your baby to bond with both her parents.
  • If you're a breastfeeding mum, your partner may feel a little left out.
  • There are lots of opportunities for dads to get involved with day-to-day care, by taking over bathtime or changing nappies.

What to Expect in Week 14
  • Your baby's also well on the road to rolling over, though it'll probably still be a few months before she can manage it confidently.
  • To gently encourage her into new physical challenges, keep doing tummy time with her.
  • She may lift her head and shoulders up, using her arms for support.
  • This mini push-up strengthens her muscles and gives her a better view of what's going on.
  • Encourage your baby by jiggling a toy above her head during tummy time.
  • You can also use this tactic to encourage her to roll over, by waving the toy next to her while she's lying down.
  • If she does manage to roll over, smile and give her plenty of praise.
  • She may be a bit confused by her new skill, and your reassurance will comfort her.

Activity in Week 14

Roll Baby Roll: Rolling is a key milestone for baby by six months. Lie down next to baby and put him on his side, supported by a rolled-up baby blanket behind his back. Talk and laugh with him so he reaches for you. Over time, he will stretch and reach for you until he rolls over. Clap when he does! Roll him back gently and keep him engaged so he keeps rolling. Helps baby strengthen core muscles to prepare for future milestones such as sitting up and crawling.
