Do you still miss those magical moments of your honeymoon times? Life can be hectic but if you are just being too curious to get pregnant then surely you are going to miss a lot of bedroom fun. If holding a baby id on your mind then the first piece of advice would be to not stress out and not to try too many different things. You might have heard stories from your friends that few positions are better to conceive as gravity plays a role. These tales surely come from experience of many couples over the years.

Medha, a mother of 2 says that it is best to lie on your back for at least 30 minutes after the intercourse to improve the odds of conception. These tricks might lack any scientific evidence but are backed by common sense and gravity.

There may be times when your sex life becomes awkward or is swinging at the point of conflict but there are many simple ways to avoid the fizzle:

    • Get to know your body

    • You must prepare your body and mind that you just want to have fun because your body responds according to your thinking process and your feelings. It’ll help in balancing all your hormones which ultimately helps you in conceiving. It’s important to know your ovulation window because you’ve got a limited time frame to get pregnant. Whenever you get aroused in your mind you can text your spouse during the day telling him how desperately you are waiting for him for the night. You must check your basal body temperature and cervical mucus as well.

    • Prepare and set the mood for sex-

    • Excitement and desire are equally important to set up a mood for sex. If you both focus on proper foreplay then it would be pleasurable for both of you. You both can get involved in some cosplay that involves chit games on which you can mention your wildest fantasies. You can incorporate some sex toys such as dildos and vibrators to feel the pleasure of sex. Another exotic thing that you can add to spark up your date night is melted chocolate.

    • Communicate how you are feeling-

    • You can tell your partner how good he makes you feel during this lovemaking and baby-making process. No doubt every good performance requires some great preparations so you can watch your favorite romantic movie with your partner. You must always remember that the lighter your mood will be the more fun you’ll have during the sex. Getting together should be fun and you must try different locations and surfaces.

    • Focus on other aspects-

    • Stop making a strict schedule for sex. Spend some time alone and pamper yourself to look good inside out in front of your partner. Before you plan a date night with your partner you must fix up an appointment with your salon staff. Don’t forget to eat a healthy diet and do some exercise because that can help you remain fit and active. Invest in seductive lingerie of your favorite color because that will turn him on. You can light beautifully scented candles in your bedroom with some flower petals all around them.

You’ll soon get some quick positive results after following these uncomplicated tips. Be careful about sharing your plans on social media. You both will feel secured together if you can build a healthy and strong relationship with your partner. That helps in a long way if you are trying to conceive as well. All the excitement and emotional closeness will help you build a strong relationship with your spouse and will make the baby-making process more enjoyable. Keep your stress at bay when you are planning to have a baby as the stress hormones are not good for your fertility and may pose a negative effect.
